Activation status

The production adapters and unconfigured states are implemented and contract-tested. OpenAI, Anthropic, Parallel, and Exa runtime keys are intentionally absent, so their real-provider smokes remain deferred activation gates. A named cloud deployment, provider account, image, or data class is live only after its boundary-specific smoke and recovery evidence is recorded.
