Extend the working product
Lumen is one Git repository, one pnpm workspace, one Python distribution, one Alembic history, and one generated OpenAPI boundary. The backend is a modular monolith with two hosted roles. A boundary exists only for a current security/ownership seam or a second concrete implementation.
Every slice changes implementation, tests, user/operator documentation, and the execution ledger together. It proves normal, failure, restart/recovery, and applicable security/browser behavior before the next dependency layer begins.
